HelpArgentina is a New York-founded 501(c)(3) non-profit organization headquartered in Buenos Aires. It provides the international community with a secure 'one-stop' destination for donations to, communication with and information on the Argentine social sector. HelpArgentina promotes greater transparency and accountability in the Argentine social sector while facilitating wise donation decisions. Additionally, the organization aims to unify the many Argentine solidarity initiatives dispersed throughout the world into a functioning network of volunteers and donors. HelpArgentina is now directing a competition to fund ten new economic development projects in the north of Argentina. NGO's in those areas present their proposals to be evaluated by a panel of respected Argentine and International experts. This competition was made possible in large part by a generous grant from the Open Society Institute and Soros Foundations Network. HelpArgentina encourages you to be part of the solution.
